As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their success and satisfaction with the company’s products or services. You will act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and helping them achieve their desired outcomes.

  • A qualified commercial apprenticeship as well as professional experience in the
    in the service sector and in telephone customer care
  • You enjoy talking on the phone and dealing with people
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as
    very good comprehension skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation, high level of reliability and a
    and sense of responsibility
  • Practiced handling of modern means of communication and use of current of current software solutions
